This was my first visit and I was nervous. Inspite of my nervousness, my visit was outstanding at the Alexandria Hearing Center. The personnel were very professional, informative, polite, and patient. Their assistance was most helpful in keeping me calm and collected. Their instructions were most clear and comprehensive. All of this helped me to relax and easily complete the exam without anxiety.

Front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Kaitlyn Hrouda was thoroughly competent and took time to answer all my questions. She didn’t try to push new hearing aids on me and was willing to care for my current ones. Highly recommend the office.

Excellent care by Dr. Lienemann and clinical resident Kelly Dannnels (who hopefully becomes a permanent member of the Alexandria Hearing Center staff). They are so knowledgeable, professional, kind, compassionate, and patient. They carefully answered all of my mom’s questions and helped her with cleaning and inserting her hearing aids. My mom has early dementia and I was worried about her being able to articulate how her new hearing aids were working, but she did great because of the comfortable environment that Dr. Lienemann and Kelly foster. The front desk staff deserves equal praise- what a great team!
